HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
We support refunds and returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for returns, your items must be unused and in the same condition as they were received. It must also be in its original packaging. In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

WHERE DO I SEND MY PRODUCT RETURN?
If you would like to return or exchange an item for any reason, we ask that you please contact us first so we can handle it in the best and the fastest way. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to our manufacturer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

HOW LONG CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK?
After we receive your item, please allow our team to process it 24 hours. You will see the refund within 1-3 business days after receiving the receipt, depending on your payment provider.
